Service Agreement
By engaging Digitage Concept Limited for creative and digital services, you agree to the terms outlined here. A formal contract will be provided for specific projects detailing deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules.
Payment Terms
A standard deposit is required before project commencement, with the balance due upon final delivery. All invoices must be settled before final high-resolution files or access are transferred.
03. - 04.
Revisions & Approvals
We include a set number of revisions in our project scope to ensure the final product aligns with your vision. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard rate.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the final designs and deliverables become your property. Digitage Concept reserves the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio and social media.
05. - 06.
Project Delays
Timelines depend on prompt feedback. If a project is delayed by the client for more than 30 days without prior notice, it may be subject to a restart fee or reassessed scheduling.
Cancellation Policy
If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, the initial deposit is non-refundable to cover time and resources already invested.

Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and business secrets. Any proprietary information shared with us during the course of a project will be kept strictly confidential.
Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising from our services shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
